  • The Arbors allows dogs and cats
  • Two pets per apartment home
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required

Pet Fees

  • $35/pet monthly pet rent
  • $300/pet non-refundable fee

We do not accept Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination as to dog breed.
